Parker's clay-heavy soil compacts easily, starving roots of the air, water, and nutrients they need. Our core aeration service punches through that barrier using a commercial-grade Ryan 28 aerator, opening up the root zone so your lawn can breathe, drink, and grow thicker. Available spring and fall.

At 6,000+ feet, Parker lawns work harder to stay green. Our fertilization program uses RichLawn Turf Food — a Colorado-made product built for our altitude and soil — to deliver the nutrients your grass needs at the right time. Properly fed turf grows thicker, crowds out weeds, and handles summer heat far better.

Thin spots, bare patches, and sun damage happen — especially after a tough Colorado winter. Overseeding introduces fresh premium seed into your existing lawn, filling in gaps and thickening your turf naturally. Best results come when paired with aeration, giving seed direct contact with soil for stronger germination.

That spongy layer of dead grass and roots sitting between your lawn and the soil? That's thatch — and when it builds up, it blocks water, fertilizer, and air from reaching the root system. Our power dethatching service removes that barrier, letting your lawn absorb what it needs to recover and grow strong.

Frozen pipes mean cracked lines and expensive repairs. Before Parker's first hard freeze, we clear every drop of water from your irrigation system using compressed air — valve by valve — so your sprinklers survive the winter and are ready to go in spring. Don't wait until it's too late to schedule.

When your lawn needs more than a tune-up, our full renovation service combines dethatching, mechanical overseeding, and top dressing to rebuild your turf from the ground up. It's the most comprehensive treatment we offer — ideal for yards with significant damage, heavy thatch, or years of neglect that need a fresh start.

Beautiful lawns and yards have always been a passion of mine. As a first-time homeowner in 1993, I installed 3,000 square feet of sod in my backyard, and my love for beautiful yards grew from there. From that time, I’ve always helped friends and neighbors achieve beautiful lawns.
I’ve called Parker, CO home since 2004. Our family relocated to CO, sight unseen, when my wife received a job promotion and it quickly became home, where we’ve raised our son and daughter.
In July of 2022, I decided to turn my passion and attention to detail into my business. I’m a sole operator so you will always know the person in your yard. I pride myself on my professionalism, prompt service, high-caliber workmanship, and dependability.
I look forward to getting to know you and earning your business!

The frequency and timing of lawn watering depend on several factors, including your local climate, soil type, and grass variety. As a general guideline, it's best to water deeply but infrequently. Most lawns benefit from around 1 to 1.5 inches of water per week, including rainfall. To promote strong root growth, it's usually better to water in the early morning, ideally between 6 AM and 10 AM. This allows the grass to dry before evening, reducing the risk of diseases.
Soil health is crucial for a thriving lawn. To enhance your soil, consider regular aeration, which improves air and water penetration. Additionally, you can incorporate organic matter, such as compost, to improve soil structure and nutrient content. Conduct a soil test to identify any deficiencies and adjust your fertilization accordingly. Finally, mow your grass at the recommended height for your specific grass type, as this helps maintain soil moisture and grass health.
Preventing weeds naturally is a sustainable and eco-friendly approach. To do this, maintain a healthy lawn through proper watering, fertilization, and mowing. A thick, dense grass cover makes it difficult for weeds to establish themselves. Additionally, consider using organic mulch in your garden beds to smother weed growth. Hand-pull weeds when they appear, and ensure you remove the entire root system. Regularly overseeding your lawn with grass seed can also help fill in bare spots and compete with weeds naturally. If necessary, use organic weed control methods like vinegar-based herbicides for spot treatments.
